Returns and Exchanges

Sorry to report that I’m not accepting returns at this time! Just like the invasive species these kits are inspired by… once you get it, you’re STUCK with it! 

That said, mistakes happen! So if you’ve ordered one and you’re not into the plant after all, I will accept exchanges of unopened kits, but you’ll need to pay to ship it back. Thanks for understanding- I’m a small business and I’ve probably already spent your money on tractor fuel trying to pull out more barberry. 

 

Speaking of mistakes…

If you open your kit and find *I’ve* made a mistake, like you’re missing a color of floss or another key component, please do not hesitate to reach out at hello@flaxfiberfarm.com  and we’ll send you what you need free of charge with our deepest apologies. 

 

Oops! I lost my pattern book, needle, thread etc etc. 

Well, I can’t help you with everything, but I CAN send you replacements, just please let me know and we’ll try to make it work! Email hello@flaxfiberfarm.com and we’ll try to sort you out.
